Hydra®, a USV (Unmanned Surface Vessel) that is to say, a aquatic drone, a scalable multi-sensor system, is at the heart of our commitment to robotics and R&D: our flagship aquatic platform for the development of advanced solutions in the field of environmental monitoring ecosystem, is a versatile system that integrates HD sensors (MultiBeam, LiDAR and GNSS) for precise measurements and analysis in a range of contexts, from port security to the monitoring of ship emissions (SOx, CO2 and NOx) or to the creation of a Digital Twin in lagoons and wetlands. With Hydra®, NeMeA Sistemi offers a comprehensive and technologically advanced approach to tackling the most complex environmental challenges.

- Hydra® is an USV (Unmanned Surface Vessel), an electrically powered surface drone.
- It is patented (classification b63b) by the Ministry of Economic Development under registration number 0000272059.
- Suitable for bathymetric surveys in the inner coastal zone, lakes, rivers and artificial reservoirs.
- Equipped with a high-precision GNSS system incorporating GPS and GLONASS.
- It collects depth data using advanced sonar.
- New HD underwater camera for environmental analysis and Posidonia mapping.
- Management software with pre-set routes and transects.
- RTH (Return to Home) function for an automatic return to the launch point.
- Remote control with a range of up to 3 km.
- A monocoque hull constructed from fibreglass, reliable even in rough seas.
- The data collected is published in near real time on dedicated geoportals.
