NeMeA Sistemi We are a company specialising in geospatial services and products; we develop advanced solutions based on AI, EO and IoT for environmental monitoring and the safety of people and property, thanks to a team of experts and talented young professionals.
NeMeA Sistemi It is a Innovative SME an Italian company operating in the field of Spatial Information Systems (SIT) and Geographical Information Systems (GIS), provides highly specialised solutions in thedata integration and systems, with particular emphasis on theEarth Observation from Space and the processing of useful information from raw satellite data and a robotics and IoT ecosystem dedicated to environmental monitoring. NeMeA is a company specialising in the provision of advanced services in three specific areas:
- Supply of geographical information (from satellites, drones, GNSS, IoT)
- Supply of GIS platforms (Geographic Information System) and the development of exclusively open spatial databases, with specialist training and support
- Development and engineering of vertical geographical applications for both desktop and cloud environments (plug-ins, SaaS and PaaS)
- Engineering and manufacture of Robotic Ecosystems (surface water drones and multi-parameter data buoys).
The production of our projects aimed at environmental monitoring This is made possible through the use and integration of advanced technologies that are cost-effective, user-friendly and require minimal maintenance. The company currently serves more than 494 local authorities and 87 utility companies, and is involved in eight research and development projects.

NeMeA Sistemi produces geospatial applications simple, user-friendly and innovative solutions that enable our clients to carry out their work to the highest standard, whilst enhancing both their understanding of the context and their ability to analyse data and information, thereby helping them make the best possible decisions. Starting with Geographically distributed data lakes which include cadastral data, EO information generated by RADAR/SAR and optical satellites, and bathymetric and coastline data acquired from Hydra®, we publish on GIS-compliant repository and vertical SaaS solutions and Digital Twin environments characterised by their open nature.
Producing useful information which will subsequently be acquired and processed by GIS platforms or utilised by other applications has, in recent years, become a key part of the company’s core business. The main objective is to provide information and new technologies to support innovative applications, building on research, utilising existing infrastructure and developing new infrastructure to meet emerging needs either directly or in conjunction with other applications and services, including those from third parties.
Enhancing our in-house expertise and professionalism is a process to which the Company dedicates a very high percentage of its turnover; where the specific skill required is not available in-house, we seek it externally by turning to partners with the appropriate and proven expertise. This is why we are constantly committed to developing partnerships with organisations that share our vision and strategy.
